"Carmen is an extremely knowledgeable instructor in many disciplines: Pilates (reformer, tower, mat, chair, barrel, etc.). She is also certified in reflexology massage as well as serval other types of massage therapy. She has machines not found in Naples and provides excellent sessions in Gyrotonics and Jumping Board. In addition, she has other equipment which she intermingles in the sessions to help with posture, ankle and foot support , flexibility and balance. She has over 40 years of teaching experience and it shows! She is creative, supportive, safe and fun. I have been going to Motion Ability for over three years and I am so much stronger, flexible and fit than I have ever been in my life. My range of spinal and cranial mobility has improved immensely. If you haven't tried a session with Carmen you are missing out on the best whole body exercise offered in Naples!"
