I thought I would never be able to master the poses and follow the routine at the beginning, but Tatiana's caring, and motivational approach to leading the practice helped me immensely! "I went to my first class at Love Yoga Center which was the Mixed Level Flow with Megan. ABSOLUTELY best yoga class I have EVER taken! She opened with sound bowls, breath work, yoga flow and then ended again in sound bowls, breath work and chanting. I love how she brought the spiritual aspect back into the class. I felt very connected and grounded with my breath, spirit and body. And she kicked my butt also! I learned three new poses, after doing yoga for over 20 years that is pretty awesome!"
