The classes that are offered here are always something different , never the same routine , and they’re challenging . My favorite are the mat Pilates , strength and tone , full body workout , and the MOTR for balance . This studio is addicting . I’ve developed shoulder muscles that I never had before . "Look no further, hands down the best Pilates reformer class in Naples. Pinky is kind and knowledgeable and makes sure you are keeping your form while not injuring yourself. I am new to Naples and have tried many other pilates studios all of which could care less about your form or if you have an injury or allow you to modify moves if needed. Picky's studio is clean, welcoming and most of all she know's her stuff and is very aware of her clients needs in class. I am truly blessed to have found skylight yoga and fitness.
