"Very disappointed. The front desk check-in person name Patricia was rude and unprofessional. While signing up for our membership she made a comment of my nieces long last hyphenated hispanic name (which we did not think it was funny). We stayed quiet about it and Patricia proceeded to call out different members names from the computer (disclosing confidential member information to us that we were not associated with), when I told her we were not those people and not sure why she was giving us that information she said she assumed we all had the same long last name and became confrontational. She accused me of being rude and said that I did not have to join the wellness center. Thankfully the assistant manager walked over during that time and witnessed Patricias rude comments and unprofessional behavior and had to ask her to stop. It was embarrassing and upsetting to say the least. Not only did this incident happen in front of my family but in front of other members waiting in line to check in."
"The gym itself is nice and they have high quality equipment but I've had better customer service at McDonalds than at this place. It was a Sunday at 1:30, 30 minutes before they close and as I'm walking in this chipmunk-looking virgin with curly hair asked if i knew the gym closed at 2pm and adds "you know it's 1:30 right?" as if I wasn't qualified to understand the concept of how time worked. I responded with "yeah, got it, thanks" and he just gave me a nasty look as if i were doing something wrong. The hours of this place also suck. M-F they close at 8pm and Sat-Su they close at 2pm. Figure it out."
"Best clean and bright exercise facility. Everyone is quite nice & friendly and they offer state of the art equipment, as well as many group classes. My exercise place for 15 yrs!"
"It is my favorite gym. The location is convenient. Newly renovated BUT after renovation, there is no assigned space to change your clothes, so a lot of nudity. There are six, always empty, big living room-like areas instead."
