I had conversations with some of their maintenance personnel and they gave me the impression that they are competent and willing to address any issues that may aris. "I purchased a new 2023 Epic Golf cart from Costco in Naples, Florida. Hole In One Golf Carts was partnering with Costco at the Costco Naples location. I was impressed with this high volume cart retailer. The helped expedite my cart order, intervened on my behalf with the Epic gold cart manufacturing facility in Naples. They delivered the cart to my home. The Epic cart features dozens of innovations along with a three year warranty backed by Epic and Costco. Update Jimmy and the service team. You did it. It took a while but you have my 2023 Epic Golf Cart running the way I had wanted. The tires you found to put on the cart helped solve the issue that plagued this cart since Day 1 of purchase. You worked on the golf cart alignment was incorrectly set during manufacture. I upgraded tires but one turned out defective and destroyed the ride. You recommended upgrading rims and the tires I had ordered to wider and taller tires. The gap was expensive was painful but you help bridge that gap to keep my $ outlay within reason. Now you have created a version of the Epic Cart that rolls perfectly on roads and the tires feel like they are actually glued to the road. Tires remove the swaying when cart is carrying 6 adults. You recommended running boards that make it safer for older people to get on and off. I am Costco Executive card holder and am happy with the cart I purchased from Costco and Hole In One Golf Carts. I would be happy to be a reference for you and your service organization."

"Calvin who is the owner of this establishment told me he wanted to help me as I had a club car carryall 2, that I wanted to sell. He told me that I would need to bring it into the shop and let his people take a look at it a few days later one of his drivers showed up and picked it up. Several days later I showed up to his shop and he was out but he left a buyout price of $145 for the entire golf cart and charger which was a joke. When I refused the offer and told him I just wanted my golf cart back. They told me I had to pay an $80 fee to get my golf cart back. Which was them trying to force me to take the price. I did not have the $80 as I was going through some bad financial hardships. by the time I got back to trying to make arrangements to get my cart back and arrange transportation to get my cart. They told me they scrapped my cart. This is what they told me who knows what really happened to it. This place thinks they have the right to play this type of game with my property. I wish I could give them zero stars be very careful before taking your cart to any hole in one golf cart locations owned by Calvin and Robin Carter. I have since tried to call them with no answer back. This is how they like to treat people."
