"We have rented bicycles from Sanibel outfitters for the last several years. The bikes are always clean and work properly. Last year my bicycle had a flat tire far from our condo and I called Sanibel outfitters and they had me another bicycle to my location within 10 minutes."
"We had a great experience with SBL outfitters. We decided at the last minute that we wanted bikes for the last two days of our vacation, so I ordered them online after hours. Seeing the review as well as other outfitters being completely booked, I was skeptical if we would get them the next day. The bikes were dropped off first thing in front of our condo. The bikes were in good condition, and the driver was helpful and friendly. We left two mornings later with the bikes chained out front and all was taken care of for us. Super easy and efficient process!"
"Made our reservations on December 7 for four trikes. They took our money and confirmed our reservation. We arrived in Sanibel on February 19, no bikes had been delivered as promised. When I called, I was lied to and told that they left me 2 messages on the 19th that they did not have any trikes. Zero messages or calls from their phone number. When I called them on Feb 20, I was told they actually had NO Trikes for us. They took the money on Dec 7 from my account, but canceled our reservation without calling us or refunding our money. Bad customer service? You bet. Don’t care attitude? Absolutely! If you want to be abused by someone who takes your money for two months and then won’t follow through, then this is the company for you."
