"Made first appointment and gave them my BCBS card information over a week ago. They called me the day of my appointment asking if I had a referral prescription and to bring that with (which I did). Get there only to find out that they can not process through my BCBS but I could pay out of pocket. They could have told me this over the phone so I could make other arrangements. Very unprofessional business!"
