"Stopped at Whitney's to pick up bait and advice. Staff was very helpful. Got hooks, sinker weights, and shrimp bait. (Sinker weights have some lead content.) Wish we'd purchased a bobber for easy, relaxed fishing. Whitney's was a fun stop. Prices are reasonable. Sweat shirts, souvenirs also available. Fishing is windy in January, so sweatshirt with hood desirable. No drinks, water, soda sold here. Entrance with wooden stairs."
