"I was on vacation in the area a couple weeks ago and was looking for a place to workout. It was nice to see a local CF box nearby, so figured I would drop in for the week. I sent an inquiry via their website on a Sunday evening and the owner, Sean, responded to me within an hour answering all my questions. The space is large with multiple rigs and enough separate areas for people to either engage in class workouts or do their own thing during open gym. All staff members/coaches I encountered were very friendly and accommodating. I'll be back to drop in next time I'm in the area!"

"I have always worked out at gyms and even had personal trainers and never really felt like I got anything out of it. I decided to try Cross fit and I left feeling great! I have been going to Cross fit for a little over a month and every workout is different, motivating and everyone really pushes you to do it. The coaches are always around to help you and make sure you are doing everything right so you don't hurt yourself. I never liked working out with people this intense at the gym but here they really embrace you with what you have and help you improve with out feeling judged"
