"All-women’s self defense and fitness in Lee County, and it is CLEAN. Kristina and the women she draws in welcome and support new students of any age, size, experience, and fitness level. Quite impressive how she accomplishes this. Cardio kickboxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, dance, fitness, strength training. Kristina provides all this in a supportive environment for women. There is no feeling of judgment here. There is freedom from watchful eyes, gender pressure, and diversion here."
"No matter what your skill level or age, this gym is a fantastic way to get into shape with the support of all the other women there with you. The environment is relaxed, no pressure, encouraging, and the academy is VERY clean. Even if you've never trained or even heard of Jiu Jitsu or kickboxing, I would definitely recommend just trying out one of the classes, and the first class is FREE! You're guaranteed to fall in love with it. And if you are familiar with it and have been training for years, try out a class! It'll be worth your time :)"
"Great place to train if you are shy or intimidated. Why? Because it's a WOMEN'S ONLY gym. No matter what shape you are in or how old you are, if you want to get in shape or learn self-defense, this is the place for you. The instructor has many years of experience in both Jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai and it shows. She makes you feel like part of the family. No egos in her gym. Just women wanting to train hard but have fun too. I'm very happy I found this place."

"I’ve trained with Kristina since 2015. She’s a great teacher and will push you to do your best. I’d recommend her school for beginner and advanced students. She’s great at taking complicated techniques and breaking them down into understandable concepts. In a sport where there are few females, it’s great to have a school devoted to women in the sport."
