"Great gym. Mike will push you. They have fighters but you don't have to be one. I'm not and have no desire to be. But if you want a place that will keep you accountable and get a great workout this is it. Tons of the people here are seriously talented and if that's your thing you'll be at home but there are plenty like me who haven't done any boxing before coming here."

"Mike is awesome. He definitely pushes you to work hard which I like, I don’t like these soft weak men people are creating nowadays. Mike pushes you without being a negative. He knows what he’s talking about at wants you to be your best. He’s a skilled boxer with pro athletes training in his gym. He also encourages my son to do better in school and how to treat people with respect. As a single father it’s nice to have your son around other real men who are good examples. Highly recommended."

"I started training here about a year and half ago and boxing was one when the best things to ever happen to me! When i first started training here, i was completely out of shape and was looking for a great workout to get me motivated and in shape again. I'll be honest when i first entered i was a little uncertain if i was going to able to box and keep up with rest of the students. With the coaching by Michael Nowling, Barry, and support by my peers, i've been able to take my game to a whole another level! Boxing has become a lifestyle for me now and it really helps you with personal growth as well. I would highly recommend this club to anyone looking to take their physical and mental fitness to another level and grow with a club that i look at like a second family now!"
