Equipment used includes heavy bags, aqua bags, speed bags, and hand pads in the ring. Train with former professional boxer Billy Lyell and have the opportunity to travel and compete. The gym also offers neuro-protective exercise for individuals fighting Parkinson's disease.

1-on-1 coaching with Billy Lyell is available in person or online to help individuals reach their physical and mental peak. The Sweet Science Boxing and Fitness aims to teach the science behind the punch and create a sense of community for all members.
