"I have not taken care of my self in over 10 years. After seeing Coach J clients and what he does to help them through thier fitness journey is simply amazing. So I decided to finally start as he says, focusing on me and my health. I was like many people hated going to the gym thought it was boring felt I could not do anything. But in the almost 2 months I have joined I truly do not feel that way. As one of his awesome clients said he makes it fun, you laugh its not just working your a** off. "After 10 years of physio, breaking and being told I’m weak. I have 3 discs with severe dessication. So I decided it was time for a new approach. In a few short weeks I had a whole change in viewpoint. Coach Jeremy says you’re not weak you just haven’t used your muscles! Omg what a simple yet powerful statement. It’s been two months I am stronger than I have ever been in my life, no breaking, no strains, just building every week. I just lifted 65 lbs today. I just can’t believe it!!! I usually hate the gym it’s boring for me. Now I can’t wait to go for training. It’s always fun, something different and he really knows his stuff and works around any issues. So thankful!"

"I have been working out with Jeremy for about 5 years and I can’t recommend him or Down To Fitness enough! He pushes you to do more than you would ever think you can, because HE believes you can. However, while working hard, I never leave a workout without laughing! We have fun every time. Looking for some “you” time for both your physical health but also, your mental health then look no further!!! I can promise you, you won’t regret it!"
