"This gym has grown so much since I started here in October. The owner cares about the members, staff, and culture so much. The booty room is incredible!!!! Nothing but wonderful things to say about this gym. The staff is welcoming, the members are friendly and it really is a gym for all age groups and fitness levels. Everyone here likes to workout, a gym where people actually workout and dont just sit on the treadmills and stare at people."

"Updating my review. I’ve been at this gym for about 2 months and my journey has been incredible so far. I feel safe coming here as a woman for all the ladies wanting to sign up!!! green flag. The owner gave me and my brother 3 FREE sessions with Emily, we learned so much from her! The owner is very approachable, he has helped us several times with learning machines. Anyone complaining in these reviews are extremely bitter! I am so grateful for this gym, everyone here is a team player and very nice. Machines are never hogged, people come in and out of the gym to work out not chit chat - it’s awesome. Employees always say hi and talk to me whenever i come in, never a hostile environment. You certainly won’t regret signing up here."

"Have belonged to this location since it was Family Fitness. Place has improved dramatically since switching over to The Gym. Reminds me of World Gym that was in Largo Florida and the one that was in San Diego California. I buy my Creatine here. It is the only supplement that has worked for me."

"I was looking for a real gym, and this is it. It's neither a community center nor family fitness facility, but an honest to goodness gym. The owner is a fellow veteran and there are a number of other vets as well. Serious, new equipment is coming soon. And a whole room dedicated to legs? Yup! There are zero excuses for skipping leg day. When you walk in you know that you're going to have a good workout and you know you're going to feel happy about it. It's good to be around a serious crowd again who are not there to chit chat, bask in a membership clique, take up space and fill the place with the smell of pizza. This is an inspiring crowd of all ages and abilities, but again, this is a real gym and everyone is there to work out. Everyone is kind, everyone is helpful and nobody is judging. The music is pumping but not so loud that it overwhelms your own headphones if you use them. It's the best of everything. For what it's worth, I have multiple disabilities, including a mobility challenge and severe PTSD. Despite their having taken a toll on me and making every day a challenge, The Gym is 100% accommodating simply because it's the right thing to do. The Gym is more comfortable than I can begin to describe. All I can really say is, "I'm home.""
