"Just got my bike back from Kafe Racer in Dunedin. Got to say, these folks are the best! My old bike needed the bearing in the crank replaced. We're visiting and figured it would be in the shop for the day. No way, two hours later and I'm on the road again! Thanks to all the staff. Only place to bring your ride...!"

"My background: I am 71 years old and started biking when I was 13 on a three speed English Racer. I've changed tires, brakes, and gears and worked on all of my bikes. I had a tube blow so I went to Kafe for a new inner tube. No issue so far. Biked a few times in two weeks, got up one morning to find that tire was flat. After removing the inner tube there was a two inch split on it. Product defect. Brought the tube to Kafe and that is where my issue with them occurred. The person in charge didn't look at the tube, didnt get out of the chair he was sitting on, but asked me how often I put air in my tires. I said two weeks ago. His response was you need to do it every week. Seriously? He admitted after I asked what that had to do with the flat tire, he admitted nothing. So, if i didnt know anything about biking, that would have settled the split tube issue? Then he said I had probably caught the tube between the tire rail and that caused it to split. Oh, of course, it was my fault. Yea, right, after two weeks of riding on it? Lying and arrogance does not bode well for future business. Without any further discussion, I paid for a new tube and left, never to return again. Next time, get off your butt and provide a small amount of customer service. please don't respond with your boiler plate, "I'm sorry you had a negative experience..........", because you really don't."

I've had my bike serviced a couple of times and the tech team is always knowledgeable and fast. It's nice to know this stop is on the trail for a quick refresh or bike emergency."

I needed a headset for my carbon fork and he again in made a great effort to find me one. The service and care for me as a customer was beyond belief. I'll have the bike built by tomorrow."

"Thank you Kafe Racer for helping me out today! I was really stressed because I am disabled and far away from the mobility bike shop in Illinois who gave my bike to me. I needed a special type of shifter system fixed on a recumbent bike most “bike shops” won’t even touch since they are generally unfamiliar with them. Well…Kafe Racer knows how to work on any bike and they fixed it up nicely. The staff, shop, and cafe/outdoor patio are all nice and inviting. The shop is also located on a really cool bike path with lots to see and do. I recommend this place to anyone as a one stop shop for any bike related needs. Then you can hang around, check out the nice town and go for a bike ride. Will be back 5 stars."
