"Amazing experience! Amazing stuff and kind owner!!! We rented bikes from them for the entire family including our 7 year old son. Alex literally bent over backwards to give us the best bikes and then when we returned the bikes a bit late because of younger son who needed many breaks, Sandy waited for us! She was super kind and understanding! Great place with professionals who truly care about giving you a great experience. We highly recommend them!!! We will be back."

"Excellent bike rental experience at The Bike Lab! This place is right on the Pinellas Trail! Customer service is top-notch! They gave us bottled water. We made a reservation online and it only took five minutes to get r bikes and get on the trail. If u want a stress free experience and convenience, rent your bikes from The Bike Lab!!"

"Well I'm one of those guys that normally don't leave reviews because I don't like to say anything negative. I have absolutely nothing to say negative about the Bike Lab. as someone else said, if there were 10 stars to give, I'd give them 10 Stars. When I called and spoke with Jesse, he told me he'd be right out to take a look at my trike. He came out, hooked up my derailleur, fixed the connections on the front end and didn't charge me a dime! He did show me some things that were wrong with the build on the bike and said that they could come and pick it up take it to the shop and fix it for me. They came picked it up fixed it all within 4 hours! Jesse even brought me some homemade canned goods as a Christmas present. If you need some good old-fashioned customer service call these guys they're great!"

"I apologize for not writing a review sooner. I have been traveling and this has been my first opportunity. I believe my wife and I were the first customers of this shop at their grand opening. I have nothing but praises and accolades for Sandy and her husband. I can’t begin to express my appreciation to Sandy for her excellent service and for accommodating us with our rental needs. Service, equipment, attentiveness and honesty were second to none. Pinella’s bike trail is lovely and conveniently located just steps from the shop. This trail can be used for a leisurely ride or dynamic workout. I have no doubt that Sandy and her husband will be extremely successful in their new endeavor.
