"Met recently with Dr. Temkin and had a wonderful experience speaking with him. I am a new patient and was extremely apprehensive about speaking with anyone in general. However, I decided that my health and well-being are much more important than some temporary apprehension about visiting a doctor. After a brief phone call, I was able to see him within two days. He was extremely approachable and spoke to me with dignity, like a human being, and put me on a treatment plan That so far has worked wonderfully. I told him about my apprehension and sensitivity to medication’s and he reassured me of how the medicines are designed to work and the doses he prescribed were very very minimal to make sure that my system could tolerate them. "I don't usually write reviews but Dr.Temkin and Baeta need to be recognized. I was having the hardest time finding someone to take a new patient during the pandemic. My old psychiatrist wouldn't even see me for almost two months. Dr Temkin truly is compassionate to someone struggling with mental health and was able to take me in and see me same day. Following all corona safety protocols he saw me at 8pm at night..wow. He spent way more than an hour with me and really listened and asked so many important questions. He diagnosed me something I have been mistreated for my whole life and i finally have begun to feel normal again. I cant say enough nice things about Dr Temkin and Baeta, they truly are the best and i recommend to anyone struggling and needing help. Thank you Dr Temkin and Beata!"

He listens, validates your concerns, “explains your brain” in layman’s terms and customizes a treatment plan appropriate for you. He is respectful, non-judgmental and genuinely cares about your quality of life. Dr. Temkin “gave me my life back” and I honestly couldn’t be happier.
