He earned his Medical Degree from the Chicago Medical School and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. Before relocating to Naples, Dr. Sommerfeld practiced in Glenview, Illinois, and was affiliated with Evanston Northwestern Healthcare.
At our practice, we offer a wide range of services with a special focus on diabetes management, hypertension, lipid management, asthma, COPD, and preventative health maintenance. Dr. Sommerfeld is committed to delivering personalized care tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
