"I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Rubin for 2 years. He specialises in anti-aging and in these past 2 years it is as if the clock has turned backwards and still is. As a previous competition bodybuilder, weight training is part of my healthy LifeStyle but without Dr. Rubin I know I would not continue to develop muscle and maintain the very best muscle to fat ratio I have ever had and I know my skin would not have taken on a more youthful glow and I know I wouldn’t have enough energy to come home after a workout and do all that needs to be done. And I’m sure by now I would have lost interest in the intimacy my husband (7 years younger) and I enjoy. Healthy eating is an imperative part of staying young and fit and I have had many enjoyable and educational conversations with Dr. Rubin. This is a big deal to me because not all doctors are well versed in nutrition. It is very difficult to eat healthy by eating out (and with the Pandemic a bad idea) so I do a whole lot of cooking “from scratch”. Dr. Rubin supports my passion for organic food and home prep for health and safety. I appreciate Dr. Rubin’a quick response when I have the occasional question in between appointments. He is always there for me. I am 74 years old. I I am fit, my weight is perfect, my skin tone keeps getting better, my husband continues to marvel at the positive changes, I am happy. and I cannot say enough good about Dr. Rubin."
