"Dr Martin faxed over an order for in-home therapy and care for my mom over 2 weeks ago. I have called two or three times a week to talk just to the Secretary of manager there they say that they have not received a fax or an order ..yet Dr. Martin's office has fax cover sheet with Avianna's office and fax number on it and reads resent and received..I have called the corporate office and talk to somebody there in the supervisor was supposed to call me back they never did! Very poor communication. They do not care about the Patients / clients... because of they did.. they would have called they would have returned my calls they would have called Dr Martin s ..office.. they have done nothing I am calling Dr Martin's office tomorrow to get a referral for another home Care. For physical therapy and occupational therapy.. Because these people just don't care! If they did they would do everything to call back and reach out to me or Dr Martin's office they have done nothing. And the manager here in the Naples office is very rude! I am the owner of a private senior home care agency of 43 years and running.. .I will call all the doctors I know . In the area and let them know not to referral this aveannas's home health therapy . Update .. the next day Dr. Martin called in a referral to vita home care.. they called me back by the end of the day to set up appointment to come and get occupational therapy and occupational therapy started for Mon"
