"This guy is a nuisance as well as dangerous. He has mis diagnosed my elderly father repeatedly. He rarely responds to family members seeking info about thier loved ones. He doesn't follow up on his own recommendations. His staff is rude and non caring. This man needs his licsence revoked. The only thing that he does well is billing his patients. Potentially committing fraud as I never see any of his people in my Dads prescence."

"I have been a patient of Dr Lalani for 5.5 years. I selected him when I moved to Bradenton as he is very close to my condo. His beside manor is not the greatest, but he is kind, listens to you as a patient, is willing to put in requests for specialists and has referred me to an excellent endocrinologist. His PAs and nurses are kind and friendly. They make up for his lack of bedside manner. I want to address those who complain about staff turnover. Dr Lalani has worked with a lot of med students and those are the ones coming and going often. A couple of the PAs have moved on to other places. Haley his current PA is wonderful and kind to me. I feel more like a patient there vs a number at a big medical practice. Office communications could be a bit better and the patient portal used more, but overall I am happy with him as doctor."

"Avoid!! First impressions are important and this place makes a terrible first impression. The waiting room looks less like a doctor's office and more like a pawn shop. The entire place is very small and ugly, and gives the impression that they are FINANCIALLY STRUGGLING, a red flag obviously. The doctor is an unfriendly pompous jerk, and talks to patients and staff like they aren't worthy of being in his presence ("untouchables" as they say in india),hysterical, considering he's only a generalist. Equipment is old and scarce, and there is NO HANDICAPPED ACCESS, and either don't care or can't afford to fix the sign outside, due to the aforementioned financial problems. Due to their desperation to make money, they will not refer you to an appropriate specialist, but will keep making you appointments to keep you coming back to them, so they can keep taking your money, which proves they don't care about your health as much as making money off of you. The fact that the office staff has high turnover, proving that nobody wants to work with/for him, and other reviews have stated he is unfriendly, proves that this doctor does not have people skills, which are essential for successful physicians, and doesn't care enough even to fake them. Also, this is a solo practice, proving that he doesn't get along with other physicians either, and/or is trying to hide from them so as not to be exposed as inferior. If your health is important to you, and you value competent healthcare, please go elsewhere."

He has a strong support staff. Dr. Lalani genuinely cares about his patients. He gave my late father-in-law excellent and compassionate care for many years."

"While it’s just my first visit - i wouldn’t call Dr. Azim friendly at all. Quite the opposite. But he seems organized, thoughtful, thorough and highly efficient. That’s what I need in a doctor. Not looking for someone to bedazzle me- just someone to cure me. Also - His staff is very friendly and they all spoke warmly about him. That speaks more than a flashy smile."
