"Have been a patient at this practice since dr desi was there. Dr confident has a comforting manor about him . The front staff have changed over a lot don’t seem to care if your message is urgent even when you tell them the dr told you to call him this week if you needed anything. I am an RN and know my body very well and have insight as to who I would like to be refered to if covered on insurance for different things the Referal department sucks here!!!!! To put it mildly to have things coded wrong, never sent, or wrong Referal, weeks after still not sent, very incompetent Dept. It shouldn’t take 3 weeks for a fracture to get your Referal approved to see and orthopedics dr. The main disappointment I have with dr confident is when you ask for routine refills, or a script that is urgent he forgets to send it from the cache, leaving you waisted time waiting for it, frustrating as doesn’t send script right away, does it after hours when no one will answer phone and Oncall for office has no access to records online to even verify that the med was ordered not sent this recent one put my eye surgery and sight in jeopardy. And is unforgivable!!! As an RN this is just totally intolerable if I blow out my retina tonight I will sue"

I thought Dragonette was cool. Anyway, I booked my first appointment and never looked back. The doctor was personable and professional at the same time., and his staff are the bomb. He is caring, and very very informed and he speaks to his patients in language they can understand and I would not go to anyone else, My daughter is a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts and I understand there are good doctors and bad doctors, Dr. Confident is good, very good, I would highly recommend him to all people who look for a Primary Care Physician that takes your best interest to heart and does the very best patient care"
