"Horrible place to work. Every patient I saw was missing orders, wounds not documented. It took me working into the evening to get everything straightened out and the points I earned that day were not worth a full day. Charting is a time consuming joke. I walked into a patient who was critical though swore she was like this all the time. Documentation two days prior did not convey. Had to call 911 and was harassed by the family member over this.I expressed my concern about call as I’m a single mom. I was told that it would be mostly questions. I was asked to take my child out in the middle of the night while she sat in a dark parking lot and I put a catheter in someone. Never again."

"I had used them for me first hip surgery when they were EnCompass. They are no longer what they were! I had day surgery for my hip. My Doctor was wonderful. The home health came only 24 hours after my surgery, put me through 2 hours of questions, questions and more questions. Treated me like a senile old women. Before they came I felt great. After they left I was totally exhausted and was unable to sleep last night at all. I called the help line and the nurse was extremely patronizing. Said they are following Medicare Guide lines. More like elder abuse. I will be contacting my wonderful Doctor. He may not wish to use them in the future..I certain hope so."
