"I waited close to 30 minutes to see my doctor, which was a little surprising. Her assistant, Leslie seemed very rushed, but did gather all of the necessary information from me. This was my initial visit with Dr. Brown. She came across a little cool for the 1st half of our visit, but was much more warm & relaxed toward the last 15 minutes or so. I also received a call right away regarding the referrals I asked Dr Brown about, so was very impressed with that. Dr. Brown has also arranged for my blood work & next visit in October, so she's very efficient! Overall, I had a good experience & am looking forward to my next visit & participating in some of your monthly activities."

"I just read a negative review of Sabrina NP. We are very disappointed. She was wonderful with my wife and I. We met her a few months ago when we transfered to Archwell. My wife was sick and our old Dr. was of no help. But Sabrina and the staff bent over to help Tests were ordered and she evaluated the results. She made changes in meds and was there for us as needed. I could go on but it would be a long review. Try them for yourself and see!..Vicki and Doug"

"It’s taken me a week to calm down from my experience with Sabrina the NP! She was so rude and in front of the lobby where Staff sits there and made me Beg for help with a abscessed tooth, pain like i lve never Felt! I asked her to stop her behavior to me in from of Staff! She Ssid “ What does it matter, they can read your charts so nothing to hide from” I told her I was embarrassed by her careless feelings towards me! My mom died when I was 9 years old and I Never ever ever ever asked for my Mom, and I did! I cried for my Son and my mentor who when I called 3 hours later, she came to be with me, the abused stopped! Im traumatized by her and No One Should ever have to be treated in this Matter! I’m traumatized, I have nightmares about what she did to me! This review is probably filled with so many flaws and imperfections but with the thought of that day a week ago hurts a lot !"
