"Love shopping at Sally’s. They have a new rule where you need to pay .15 for a bag. That is not my issue.. My issue is, you are not told that until you ring up your items. Other stores that have this policy and have signs up so you know to bring in a tote or bag for items. Inform your customers when they walk in so they can go to the car to get a tote. If you have several bottles in your hand and you are not aware until you check out that is sneaky business. Be up front! If you need the .15 put a jar asking for donations. Put a sign on your door telling people you don’t give out bags without a charge. If you made the rule, be proud of it."
