"Does not follow corporate policy, nor do they stand behind defective product. Sold me a non-working hotspot. Metro PCS Corporate said the process is to bring it to the store for exchange, but the rep in the store said he did not want to. After 6 weeks, I called American Express and they just reversed the charges for me. The case was ruled in my favor before I ended the call with the Amex rep because of the huge number of the same complaints. Do NOT buy product from this store! It is defective and they will not stand behind it."

"Just went in to get a deal I found online the night before and was told that the online deals are different than in store. For $50/month and $99 phone I was told it was around $250 today. I asked why and was told it was first month, taxes, activation fee. He would not show me a breakdown of pricing because it was "on his computer" and couldn't print. Shady place and people."
