"Staff: Ali was amazing! I was seriously impressed with her professionalism and bed side manner. She really knew her stuff! The facial felt great and Ali made sure I was always comfortable. All of the other workers in the building were nice and respectful as well. Spa Room: Warm and cozy with subtle light for relaxation. Retreat Room: I enjoyed this room to relax in before they call you in for your service. It had things to do to keep me busy right before my apt, and I was then quickly brought back. Would definately recommend this spa!"
"My experience was amazing from the booking all the way from the moment I stepped foot into the front doors even while leaving. The only part I didn't like was that I had to leave. Upon booking due to scheduling a couples massage my husband and I were accommodated and it was made that we found share a private suite together being that we were celebrating our anniversary. They even had a surprise treat waiting for us in the suite. We appreciated all the wonderful staff who assisted us from start until finish they explained everything and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed and most importantly relaxed. We definitely will be returning in the future."
"I have had to three treatments here. The team is inviting & take the time to show you around. I love the personal touches, name card, music selection, how you want your treatment to go and of course the neck wrap while you relax in the room. Haily is a fantastic esthetician! I’ve had two facials with her. I had a salt stone massage with Hervila and it was one of the best I have had! Everything is cozy and relaxing down to the bathrobes! Definitely worth it!"
