"Went in to a completely empty salon. Then after about 5 min waiting for someone to come up front to speak with me. I rang the bell on the door again a saw a woman walk through the back hallway and look over at me, but she kept waking. I washed another 2 min the started speaking. Said hello several times so that someone could hear me, while being sure not to shout or sound aggravated. Finally the same woman reappeared. When I asked if they take walk-ins, because that's what they're info says. She told me NO, not right now we are really busy. Mind u it was a completely empty salon. I just need a 10 min trim. Bottom line is if you need to be a walk-in this place is not for you. The owner was rude and dismissive"
