"The woman who was checking in the majority of the customers was rude and unwelcoming! She was chewing her gum and seemed annoyed at everything we did. ( or anyone else for that matter) I understand we were getting confused with phone number but you could smile and fake it as most people who are in customer service positions do. A smile takes less energy and than a frown! The woman who actually did the haircut was great and the young lady with dark hair was nice thankfully, otherwise we would nit be back."
