MASSAGE POINT

"I’ve been going to this place for a couple years. The last masseuse I had was not very good. So I did not feel she deserved a tip. When I went to go back in from my next appointment in a couple weeks, they would not accept me as a customer. I asked why, and they said because I did not tip the last masseuse. As a business owner to tell your customer that no masseuse wants to work on you because you did not tip is not good practice. Very poor customer service. I would never recommend this place, as they expect a tip no matter what. Correct me if I’m wrong but aren’t tips for people who deserve them? Folks beware of this massage location."

"What a great experience! The cost is amazing and they aren't salespeople like other massage places who just want to get you on some kind of monthly plan that's auto charged and they hope you forget about. My husband surprised me with a massage for my birthday. I was hesitant as I have not been to an actual massage place before. It was wonderful! Andrea was my masseuse and was phenomenal! She was very nice and had a great energy. She asked and made sure that I was comfortable and that the areas that I was hurting most were addressed. The place was clean, calm and smelled nice. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was also very nice. He is the type of person who you instantly feel like you've known for years. He remembered my husband coming in and was so happy that I was going to get to experience a massage at his place. He also let me know that he was in the process of opening a new store down in Bonita and it would be ready in a few months. I spoke with 2 other customers while I was there, one guy stated he has been going for 4 years because of his very first experience with them and another woman who was a newer but very pleased customer. I will be back! I highly recommend this place! Right across Estero Blvd. from Walmart and kiddy corner from Sprouts on 41."

"I went to Massage Point this week for the first time. I have had many massages in the past. The location is close to me, It was very clean the owner Mary was very personable. I I filled out a form of what type of massage I wanted or if there are any other areas that needed special help that was kind of awesome. My masseuse was LEANNI she was awesome!! I’ve never had the hot rocks before but boy were they great! I had a 1 hour full body massage she didn’t miss one spot! This was the best massage I have ever had!! And this was only the first time. she was like is there any other area u need help with, I was like no you did everything Perfect for me. Normally when you get a massage you know you get used to the person then you say go harder or softer there. She did everything just right I can’t even believe it. I would recommend Massage Point 100%"
