"I recently hired KevTan Roofing LLC to work on my property, and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. **Unreliable and Untimely:** From the outset, Kean Roofing failed to complete the project within the agreed timeframe. What was supposed to be a straightforward job dragged on far beyond the schedule, causing significant inconvenience. **Failure to Meet Specifications:** The work completed did not meet the specifications outlined in our contract. Despite clear agreements, the end result was subpar and did not adhere to the standards we had set. **Permit Issues:** KevTan Roofing did not pull the necessary permits for the job until I reported them. To make matters worse, they then lied about the cost of the permit and the timeline of the job's completion. This deception not only delayed the project but also prevented me from getting reimbursed by my insurance company. **Financial Mismanagement:** Their delays and failure to pull the permit correctly resulted in a loss of potential insurance money for me. Additionally, they went as far as putting a mortgage on my house, which is beyond unacceptable. **Overall Experience:** My overall experience with KevTan Roofing LLC was horrendous. Their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and failure to deliver on their promises have caused me a great deal of stress and financial loss. I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services. Chris Baird the owner was completely unprofessional and tearable to deal with."
"Very competitive price, fast schedule and deliver, good quality and being honest. I had a roof replacement for a 2000 square feet house and I spoke with Rubio. He is knowledgeable and honest about the procedures and materials which are following the state standard, which some other companies instead advertised as their exceptional quality (or fool customer without professional knowledge). He also recommended lower-cost materials but with similar durability to help save money. Job is scheduled fast and quickly done. Their contract document looks simple (only 1 page) as non-typical, but it neither means unofficial nor no-commit."
