"Today I went bought 5 gal bucket of paint I was very disappointed in the help I recieve the lady was not helpful at all nor the other day when I got sample. She acted like it was a bother also 2 other women were stand by service desk gossiping an when I asked if they could get me help lifting it I was told after you pay they will help you, so as I'm dragging this bucket of paint an pushing my cart another gentleman who works there helped me put it in my cart. If not for this gentleman an the cashier who was very helpful I would not shop lowes. I was just so surprised by all of this I have always shopped at lowes an this experience has me second guessing."

"I first approached this store about a possible product donation about two weeks ago and they explained what i needed to do. I submitted written request with all the pertinent 501c information for all or any portion of a product donation for kids beds and included the item number as requested by store personnel. All i was looking for was a yes or no so i would know how to proceed to try to get the materials needed. When i inquired as to the status of the request, the gentlemen told me they would be meeting the following Monday to decide on that months donation request. I asked will I be notified one way or the other? NO How will I know the request was denied? IF YOU DONT GET NOTIFIED How long should I wait until I know it was rejected? I CANT TELL YOU Do you roll it over to the next month for consideration if you have already made the current month allocation? NO Do I need to resubmit it for consideration for the next month? NO I lost two weeks not knowing what steps i needed to take to secure the resources elsewhere. You have a lot of hard working people at that location that are very helpful but if this is an accurate description of your donation policy, i wont bother taking up your time either for future questions or purchases."

"Alex went above, and beyond when he saw me struggling with pushing a heavy cart of toilets. He asked if he could assist me. He proceeded to push my flatbed cart to the checkout, checked me out, then pushed the cart out to my vehicle and loaded me up. I’ve never had such great service. It was absolutely the best experience I have had shopping at Lowe’s. Alex Is an exemplary employee. thank you for hiring him."

"My dad recently purchased a new oven for his home. He was told by the salesman that delivery and installation would be the following day. When the oven arrived, we discovered that deliverers do not install wall ovens and that the installation would not take place for 2-3 weeks (by an independent contractor). This was a surprise! We had a family baking event that was planned for the following weekend. I called Lowe’s and talked to Marla about the misunderstanding and explained our situation. She listened carefully, and said that she would see what she could do, but responded that the installer’s schedule was full for the next couple weeks. The installer, Eric, happened to be in the area that day, so stopped to measure the old oven to ensure the new oven would fit (Lowe’s protocol). He left to finish his day’s schedule. Later that afternoon, he called to ask if we would be home and he could install that day if we would like for him to. We appreciate Marla’s courteous and kind help and Eric willingly adding this installation to his full day’s schedule. Baking day was a success !"

"Absolutely useless store personnel. The store manager for another store was holding court with 4 members of the appliance staff when we were looking for a microwave—as were two other customers—and they couldn’t be bothered to help anyone. Assigned it to one assistant who couldn’t find anything; once they were found the requested item they failed to communicate at all. Positively disrespectful. Go to Home Depot."
