"Following the completion of roofing services by HD Roofing, I have encountered recurring issues, including cracks and dips in my ceiling. Despite numerous attempts to address these concerns with the company, the initial response was a disavowal of responsibility for the observed damages. Following the posting of a negative review, HD Roofing responded by sending personnel to address the cracks, albeit temporarily. However, the underlying issues persist, as evidenced by the recurrence of cracks. Despite assurances from HD Roofing that remedial action would be taken, subsequent appointments for repairs have not been honored, resulting in multiple instances of missed workdays on my part. Regrettably, these repeated failures to fulfill commitments have necessitated the pursuit of legal recourse to ensure proper resolution. It is disappointing that such actions are deemed necessary after entrusting HD Roofing with significant financial investment. Moreover, the potential consequences, such as the imposition of a lien, if payment were withheld, stand in stark contrast to the company's apparent reluctance to address the shortcomings in their service delivery. This experience raises serious concerns regarding HD Roofing's commitment to customer satisfaction and accountability in rectifying deficiencies in their workmanship."

"I reached out to HD a year ago for a roof repair. A sales rep named Ottie came out and recommended an insurance claim. He helped get it started and of course the insurance company low balled me. He then recommended a public adjuster that he got me in contact with. She was also very fast and helpful and the process was going well. Then Ottie stopped responding and so did the adjuster. I texted him every few weeks for an update and it would take him a few weeks to respond, when he even did. Most texts/calls simply went ignored. After months of a lack of communication, I called HD directly. They were confused about the situation and said they’d reach out to Ottie. He then responded to me letting me know he stopped working with them 3 months ago and recommended I look for another company because he lost faith in HDs ability. I called HD back and they didn’t even know he didn’t work there any longer. The lack of communication and apparently leadership in this company has led me to a situation where I’m now dealing with a public adjuster (per their recommendations) who also has pretty bad communication. I was supposed to receive a call from upper management about the situation approximately two weeks ago. I was not the least bit surprised when I never received another call from them. I assume at this point they’re either incompetent, or simply don’t care. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I think people need to be aware before they get themselves in the same situation I’m in."

"Ottie from HD Roofing went above and beyond on my roof replacement! He was always available to talk and was quick to respond if he didn’t answer. He was very honest, transparent, and knowledgeable so we always felt at ease. The installation took just 1 day and they cleaned up nicely afterward. We love the new roof and are so thankful for Ottie’s help and HD Roofing’s craftsmanship!"
