She signed a contract with a deposit for a bathroom remodel in late January, and fell and broke her hip shortly thereafter. He spent time to understand our needs and made suggestions all without the least bit of pressure. After we had picked what we wanted and it was installed, we were so pleased we asked to have Brian return to design our second shower. Both installations came out looking just the way we had hoped. Our designer Van was knowledgeable and professional, courteous, the presentation he showed us was informative on what types of designs they do for the budget we wanted to spend. The Jacuzzi products are in a class of their own, and not sold in stores, they are made very well and their designed for looks that last a lifetime along with their warranty, they had good financing too that helped. Max the installer and his helper did an excellent job with our bath remodel. The workmanship is excellent. They were good at their skill set and knew what they were doing.
