"I interviewed five companies. I chose this one because they seemed to have the best price and quality materials. The workers did exceptional work. There were a couple of minor issues with scheduling confusion and the truck was left in my driveway overnight. I had to contact the company to come get it. But that was a minor inconvenience. The part that really upset me was that they upcharged for the wood replacement by over 100%. This was not communicated before the work was done. After completion, I got the bill and it was $3000 more than was quoted. I investigated the charge per plank of wood and this company robbed me. So I would not recommend however I know in the future to specifically ask how much a company charges per plank."

They had the knowledge, the expertise and smooth methods and operations to get our roof done quickly even with bad and cold weather. Their crews were fantastic and hardworking. "this company is the most unprofessional company that I've ever seen. I come home from work and they have left their huge truck parked in my driveway without permission. it was backed up so far that I couldn't even open my garage and they had left for the day. they also left my gate open and my dog got out which was a whole other issue. I attempted to call the number on the side but one was disconnected and the other was only an answering service. when I left a message about the truck someone was supposed to call me back but of course never did. So I had to leave thousands of dollars worth of my tools in my truck over night and couldn't even Park my own truck in my driveway. needless to say we won't be using them again and I were you, I would avoid this company. they will disrespect your house and offer no apologies for it. there are a ton of roofing companies so save yourself the headache and just go with someone else."

"I highly recommend McCullers Roofing. They are honest, ethical, communicative and dependable. They really helped us out of a serious and complicated issue. We had contracted another roofer to install our new metal roof, and he took our money and ran after only completing around 30%. McCullers turned up, immediately priced the job to finish, and even mediated with the contractor who abandoned us to try to get the materials we had paid for up front. The finished job looks fantastic, and the crew worked dawn till dusk all week to get it over the line for us."
