"NuRoom is an amazing contractor. We added 150 sq feet to our primary bedroom, remodeled primary bathroom and added a walk in closet. The process was smooth and professional from beginning to end. Rick, Lori and Mike are an AWESOME team. Rick worked diligently with us on the plan and options. We received a reasonable quote and schedule. Mike and team executed the plan flawlessly including working with sub-contractors and inspectors and keeping us up to date. My calls and text were always responded to promptly and professionally. The quality of work was top notch! We could not be happier with the end result. Excellent Contractor. I highly recommend them."

"The company appears to be a scam of some kind or the owner is just incompetent. In Sep I requested a quite for adding a covered patio. The owner-Rick came over, looked at the job and provided a detailed estimate within a few days. The estimate had a few mistakes in the dimensions, which he clarified over email. We agreed on a Jan start date. After calling his office several times in Nov to get the permitting started I have yet to hear from this guy. His assistant mentioned that his thinking has changed. Total waist of time."

"It's actually been almost six years, but I wanted to write a review because I think they deserve it. Back in the late '80s, we had a 17x11 room addition by NuRoom. In 2010, we were remodeling, and when my husband took down the ceiling in our bathroom, we found out that they didn't use pressure treated wood in the header, as per the plan, and we had extensive termite damage. I actually still had the plan, so I looked up NuRoom to see if they were still in business. I called them, and they came out and replaced all of the wood with pressure treated wood free of charge. It was an extensive job. I don't know the reason why they didn't use the correct wood, but they were a great company who made it right. It still looks great in 2016."

"Last Spring/Summer we had our living room expanded by 250 sq ft and NuROOM took on the job. They also built us a backyard deck, rebuilt our front porch, and added an exterior storage closet. We are very satisfied with the result of their work. It went a little over schedule, but only because they wanted to take the time and make sure everything was precisely done and with the best quality. Mike was our contractor and was very friendly and professional. We couldn't ask for a better contractor for our remodel project. He stopped by frequently throughout every week and always made sure he was here when a new crew stopped by to formally introduced us. NuROOM's workers were friendly and respectful as well. They never came too early or stayed too late. That made us happy because we wanted to respect our neighbors during the project. What we enjoyed best about our experience with NuROOM was that Mike always kept us thoroughly informed about every detail and I don't believe they ever missed an appointment. They guaranteed us the budget we agreed to and they stuck by that. Also, I have to say that my wife and I wanted to take on any project during the remodel that would save us money in the end and NuROOM was understanding of this. In fact, they gave us a list of things we could do on our own that permits wouldn't require. So we demoed the garage where the new space was going, we laid our own tile, added baseboards, painted the interior/exterior, and stained the deck. Honestly there is nothing I can think of that we were not satisfied with. We are happy with our new space and will not hesitate to call NuROOM if we need more!"
