"Dishonest company! Jason spoke with my mother and said they would repair the faulty windows he put in her unit that she paid over $12,000 for and then lied and said he never spoke with her and never agreed. She has it all on her calendar the day he came and their conversation and names. Unbelievable!"

"We were staying at a apartment while Dixie construction were working g on the electics.They cut all the power for 5 hours which is fine as there doing there job but they didn't set up any lights for us so we left the apartment on the 4th floor with 2 babies and 2 fullback and had to walk down a pitch black corridor and then down the emergency stairs that was pitch black also and with 2 kids that was extremely dangerous and I almost lost my footing on 2 occasions. We then spoke to a employee of the company and told him there was no lights and 8t was extremely dangerous, he just laughed at me so I called the company and left a message which they never got back to me. They were also working on the roof doing some small demolition and were just throwing the material over the side (no construction shoot) street without any fencing up and the material even landed in the pool that my kids were playing in. The company is a disgrace do not hire them"

"UPDATE 3/2/2022: After leaving my review I was contacted by Jason. I spoke with him in regards to my issue and it was resolved IMMEDIATELY. Appears there was a miscommunication between my HOA and Dixie, at no fault of Dixie. Jason was a pleasure to work and it is apparent he cares about his company and reputation. Very disappointed. Dixie was hired to paint the exterior of my condo building. Unfortunately, they did not take necessary steps to cover the carport area and my black luxury sedan was splattered in paint. I brought this to the attention of my HOA and was told Dixie was going to bring in a detailer. I am pretty sure IF they detailed my car, they just told one of their laborers to do so. My car was awful (and paint splatter still there). I hired my own detailer who came and removed the paint. I brought the invoice to my HOA and told them I was negotiable (they could even pay half, since I detailed the whole car, not just the rear where majority of paint was). i I was told my request was denied. This is highly unprofessional and just plain messy. Poor customer relations."

"Don't use this company. They moved in next to our senior community, tore down all the trees, bushes & shrubs that gave a sound barrier between our homes & their business. They are loud, unprofessional & rude. If they don't care about their senior citizen neighbors, you really think they'll care about YOU & your project?"
