"Anybody but Hendrick. We notified them via email of the problems, but it took them a month to respond, and only did because we reported them to Better Business Bureau which resulted in a nasty response from Randy where he blamed us for their failures, claimed we wanted a "paid for roof inspection", and they refuse to pay for the damage they caused. Danielle gave us our $500+ back, but it cost us $2,000 to correct the damage they caused. Not quality workmanship and certainly not professional. May have to resort to Small Claims Court , . . . We did find a new roofer who fixed what they damaged and corrected the major problem their "inspection" missed. Randy claimed their are costs associated with giving an estimate, but there's nothing on their website but "free estimates". Avoid them at all costs, they're shoddy workmanship caused us financial harm, and their attitude should be a warning to all. Their responses have been nothing but words, no proof of anything. Their written estimate clearly states inspect 1st and 2nd story/floor, but they missed an entire roofing surface that was the 3rd garage bay--right next to the two-car garage, so it's not like we hid anything. They've been reported to the County Licensing Board and the Florida DBPR. They can avoid any further problems by simply paying us what it cost us to repair the damage they caused and the damage they missed. The two licensing decisions will, of course, become part of any legal action. Their choice to ignore us may cost them much more. Avoid them at all costs, they're not professional and refuse to take responsibility for their faulty, careless, and poor workmanship."
