"There's changes everyday. All good. The buildings are really nice and colorful. New homes being installed in vacant lots. Landscaping along the front of our community. Still waiting for our pool but now permits have been pulled. More to come."

She could not answer my questions regarding the Fair Housing rules and whether or not a 59 year old would be allowed to have their 50 year old partner live with them in the community. When I asked her for someone at corporate that could answer my question she simply told me to "google it" and then hung up on me. I would very much appreciate a call back from someone at corporate."

"Place is a joke management is terrible if you haven’t lived here for forty years your not welcome if you come here to die it’s a great place if you come here to live not so great!!! I have lived here for two years and have had nothing but trouble with the older residents and there clicks not a good place"
