"Store manager likes to give customers a hard time for no reason at all I’ve seen it with a few clients now. Would never recommend coming to this location."

"I'm only writing this review because I go to this gas station all the time and today was the first time I experienced an employee that got really rude with me for no reason. I had trouble with the gas pump so I had to go in several times and the second time I went in one of the employees which I can't remember her name but I guess maybe cuz I inconvenienced her and she was having a bad day or something she had to get all nasty with me. She came out to help me but she was all salty about it she did what she had to do and then walked back inside and said nothing to me and when she was walking away she was shaking her head and I'm going to guess she was probably saying something under her breath. I did feel inclined to say that she doesn't have to shake her head and be rude but I'm not sure if she heard me. I don't know if she was having a bad day or whatever the case was and that I inconvenienced her but that's still not how you treat customers I work in the customer service industry so I know. It's unprofessional"

"I will never go in this 7/11,they have the rudest cashier here her name abbey ,nasty for no reason,it bothers her to take your order or even ring you up ,she purposely moves as slow as a snail cause she dont want to be there obviously ,i only come to this 7/11 cause i live near it but with customer service like that ill drive the extra mile to go elsewhere"

"I went in on 2/27/2020 around 1:00 pm, and got my self a .69 cent medium gulp. The lady at the counter charged me for a Big Gulp ($1.29) and didn’t bother to ask me if I want my receipt. I’m writing this review because that’s called STEALING if it was a mistake then you shouldn’t be around the Cash Register, and who knows how many times this has happened to how many people."

"Poor customer service through and through i walked up to the register it was about 6:55 and i was ignored untill it was about 7pm i asked if they still made hot food they said no and then looked at the register and asked me what i want they then looked at the register again after i told them and said no. We stop making food at 7pm and its 7:01 then i went and picked up 2 7-11 select jack links jerkys and the sign on the shelf said 2 for 2 dollars and it rung up as 2.58 so i brought it to the cashiers attention she then canceled the transaction and re rung it up and told me it rings up as 2.58 and thats what i have to pay. Basically argued with me because the shelf sign said 2 for 2 and she then said ill have to talk to my manager about taking that sign down. She gave me attitude and i will never come to this gas station again. I normally work alot right here and i refuse to use this gas station anymore."
