"Worst car wash ever. My window tint was chipped, car was scratched & paint was also chipped. Front bumper was left dirty. I showed the manager everything & all he did was laugh & find excuses for all the damage done. Even told me not to be “ungrateful.” I don’t recommend this car wash to anyone."

"Got a free carwash with my service from Chevrolet. Offered upgrades, was told my wheels needed to be cleaned, paid the extra $6.00, car looks good except the entire both sides of my car are now covered in tire shine and I have to wash it again today to get it off. Don't offer this upgrade with low end products or poor application that cause the vehicle to look worse. I will add pictures. Unfortunately I do not live close enough to go back and ask for them to clean the exterior again so I will have to pay or clean it myself. I did give a 3 star because of the customer service and the workers do seem to work efficiently."
