Also had to call over 5 times to even get through on the phone and when answered the woman literally said Hello like it’s her personal cell not an actual establishment."

"3/15/24 I am changing my rating for this location because the manager was very very kind to me. I accidentally let something from my car to be suctioned by one of the vacuums while cleaning it and this item had an emotional value to me so I called them as soon as I got out of there and left a VM stating what happened, and asking them to please search for it and return it, not long afterwards I got Jeff’s phone call with a very servicial attitude promising he would search for the item at the end of the day; he called me that same day in the evening for me to pick the item up. I couldn’t be more grateful of this act of service which shows that some employees really go far and beyond in assisting their customers! I couldn’t go right away so the next morning I stopped by and the other employees were well aware of the situation and very diligent in helping me, which shows the kind of leader Jeff is. Yes some vacuums need replacing/fixing here and I would like for the hours to be extended but I will definitely continue to visit them because is the closest one to my house, the membership price is good and the customer service evidently improved a lot. Thank you so much!!! // A month ago: My previous review was from 4 months ago and I indeed gave them another try but things have only gone down from there. The vacuums don’t work appropriately, they don’t open on time, they close before time! Like today, they closed 10 minutes before 7, I waited there to see if they would remove the cones and the guy saw me from afar but didn’t open even though it was supposed to be opened anyways, so I’m really regretting coming back! //// 5 months ago: I bought this membership because I thought the vacuums were the best ones I had tried the one in Bonita so far but now I see that all locations have old vacuums and even sometimes useless or smelly. Also is very inconvenient that’s only open from 7-7 and Sundays only after 8am. People like me that use the car for business usually need car washes outside those hours, there should be at least one location that’s 24 hrs. If a machine is what does all the work I don’t see why they should all be closed when there’s no need for employees working. Also a lot of times the car has residues of foam or is very wet after the wash because the dry time is very little, so you still have to invest time drying it up manually or it would get stained with the sunlight. I started with the highest value of membership and already reduced it to the basic as I don’t see the benefits working out that much for me, however I’m about to end the membership due to all mentioned above."

"I got transferred down to Estero for work and I was pleased to find my favorite car wash had a location there. The staff is awesome and the wash quality is excellent. Super strong vacuums too. Highly recommend this place."
