"I am very impressed with this company. Firstly, the young man who checked my house today, spent 1 hr. 30 mins. outside in the heat. When he reported back to me he was so helpful. I was trying to bring my "roof to walk attachments" up to code. I had been told that part of the roof had been retrofitted for clips already, but Thomas found that not to be the case. He explained that while I didn't have that 3rd nail to qualify for clips, the integrity of the roof is such, that I am better off leaving it as is, rather than trying to put on a band aid.
