"We have worked with several contractors in the past for new construction. This was the first remodel project. Joe and his team were timely, professional, and courteous. The project started within a few weeks of signing a contract, exactly as promised. Would recommend staying on top of your material list. In our experience it’s a waiting game with suppliers/vendors, but Joe keeps the project moving! Joe would either stop by or give us a text almost daily to check on progress and discuss next steps. He was very responsive to our calls and messages, even calling back while on vacation himself. He was great to collaborate with on the project, sharing ideas for the desired outcome.
