"Well to go along with some of the other customer reviews... Today (7/31) was my first time ever in this shop. At first I felt excited as the store is really nice and clean. However, my excitement quickly faded as I went to the desk and met the older man with glasses. He barely acknowledged my presence and very clearly had no interest in helping me get the parts I needed. The store did have the parts I needed but the old man's comments were sharp when he would actually choose to speak. I felt like he truly resented me and I simply don't know what I did except to walk through the door. Later on I found my issue with the lawn mower and had to send my wife there to pick up the part while she was out and about. She also was treated very rudely. It's a nice shop but I will not be coming back to be treated with such disrespect."
"Went in to buy a chainsaw at the last minute of the day. Great guys! Felt bad for getting there at closing time but they were hands-on guys who got me squared away and leaving a satisfied customer. I'll be back!"
"Would agree with an earlier review. I’ve used this place since it opened. They are two minutes from where I live. But, the customer service lately has been horrible! I brought an item in earlier in the summer and was told, “it will be weeks before someone can get to it they are backed up!” Well, four days later I got a call it was ready. The same person seemed bothered by the fact I needed help and was rude when I picked it up as well. Last week I brought a Husqvarna trimmer in and was told, rather rudely again, they wouldn’t take it. “They couldn’t get parts” So, I found someone one in Milton who gladly took it and they don’t seem to have ANY trouble getting parts. I’ve always been happy with the workmanship. Sadly, I will not use them again. I don’t need to feel bad for bringing business to someone."
"Just purchased 2 new Scag mowers for my business. Scott and the guys at A1 make the buying experience so much fun! They are very knowledgeable on their products and take the time to go over everything from operating the equipment, maintenance on the equipment, and warranty. To top it off, they are also great with kids! They really made the experience fun for our children as well while we were there. This place is our “go to” place for sure!"
