"I went in here to find several items which they didn’t have. I did find floor mats that we thought we could use for our RV but wasn’t sure so we asked a male worker who completely ignored my question about whether it would fit a Ford 450 Heavy Duty Class C motor home? Probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I’ve been going to Auto Zone for decades but I will be staying away from this one in Pace except to return the mats that wouldn’t fit our motor home. Hopefully it’s just this store. I guess maybe he was having a bad day? I don’t know but never again!"
"Excellent service...Chandler(?) Went above and beyond. He replaced my battery in my car for me and never even got upset when it became more of a challenge for him due to the kind of set up it is. He is a huge asset to your company. I have always gone to this store but today he made me glad that I do. Thank you so much for all the help and great customer service!"
