"Two of my older relatives resided at Terra Ceia Manor for over a year. They both have dementia and struggle significantly with organization and planning and are not always “with it” in ways that can impact their daily lives, however, they are deeply kind and well meaning people and manage to live fulfilling, independent lives. There was a major disagreement between them and the park administration early in their stay there over rules regarding pets. Objectively, my family members should 100% have taken the rules more seriously and understood them more fully. My family members did continuously attempt to come to an understanding and compromise, but from this point on, park administrators and staff began a pattern of harassment including insults, curses and other vulgar language, threats, deceit and bullying on a regular basis for over a year and refused to reconcile or move past the disagreement, instead behaving with repeated incivility, intimidation and immaturity toward elderly, disabled people. They made their lives hell, and it was a shame to witness people behaving that way toward other humans. Thankfully my family was able to move out of that park and are happy in a new park filled with kind and caring neighbors and staff. Terra Ceia Manor itself is well maintained and conveniently located. Some residents are very kind, good people. Unfortunately, it is run by hard-hearted folks, so living there is not for the faint of heart."

"People know me as Max. In 2017, we spent the winter shopping neighborhoods like this and knew Terra Ceia Manor was it!! The people are wonderful, perfect restrictions, tons of activities. It is in a country setting but just a few miles from stores and restaurants. I cant say enough good about Terra Ceia Manor!"

"I really like watching the Pelicans resting on the top of old dock pilings, if you watch them long enough, you will see them fly out looking for small fish like white fish and sardines, which are now in the Terra Ceia Bay waters in large schools, when the Pelicans see them, they will dive into the water with their mouths open and trap the fish in their mouths, they will raise their heads and drain the water out and then swallow the fish. It's quite a great experience to see. These are brown Pelicans and they are magnificent birds. I also like to watch them fly together in a "v" shape formation, they will glide real close to the water,they are Beautiful!"
