"I was told to keep my receipt because the chargers do not work. I came in to return the charge that I just bought Saturday night that doesn’t work and was told by a grey haired lady I don’t even know who sold you this after looking at my receipt and stated I would have to come back when the manager is in but was unaware when that would be. I live almost an hour away and work a hour away. I asked could she call to find out when that would be because I also have to run a gas station an hour away and this is no where near me. She tells me no because she manager is the owner they are a franchise and this could be at anytime whenever she chooses to come in. Then proceeds to say well you work at a gas station you know how it is only managers can do refunds."

"I usually go into this 711 every day all the other cashiers are nice respectful and everything but today they had a cashier that was doing the pill nod and it took over an hour to get my order so I could get out of the store I think this girl needs to be fired right on the spot"

"Saturday June 26th around 8pm, The cashier tried to steal a $25 winning lottery ticket from me. I had 3 scratch off tickets that won. One for $25, $15 and $2, I had 2 items I wanted to purchase that were around $3.80 she tried to tell me that my change was going to be $15 after my purchase. I confronted her about it and she said I can do the lotto separately. And then gave me to $42 for the tickets and I gave her the $3.80 for my purchase. This is a heavy set white woman with brown curly hair. DO NOT TRUST HER! She was going to pocket that ticket if I wouldn't have said something and knew what my tickets were worth. She need to be fired! I will be reporting this to the Florida Lottery."
