Take 5 Oil Change

"Just got my oil changed today and the guys were absolutely amazing! Super helpful! Really really friendly and I was in and out and less than 10 minutes which is amazing! I will absolutely be back for the next oil change!"

"The BEST! I went to OIL MASTERS first the guys there were not in the right mood to be doing oil changes today. Whey I pulled up the manager was like shaking his head and oh no not another one. The guy down in the pit proceeds to do my oil change, about 8 minutes go by and the manager says to me, mam We can’t do your oil change. I said what, he said you have a full coverage under body shield and our bays are too narrow we cannot get to your filter. He said I would have to take it somewhere that has a lift. I said I have never heard of such a thing. I called TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE in PALMETTO, I’m so glad I did. I explained my situation, Tyler said to please bring it over. In less than 15 minutes he had my oil change almost done. Ryan the manager was taking care of me on the topside handling all the questions and paperwork. Two of the most polite and courteous csr service guys I have had the pleasure of working with in a while. Thanks for Saving my Day!"

"I drove by and saw the new location open and decided to stop. I had never been to a Take 5 Oil Change before, but it’s now my new place to go for my car needs! Tyler is excellent at his job! He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and had a good sense of humor. He definitely made the entire experience better, since getting an oil change isn’t the most entertaining task. I recommend checking out the new location for yourself, as the prices were comparable to other companies, but the service was the best."

"Guys we’re good and personable—I’d give 5– but I used to work for the company and they didn’t run the hood correctly (meaning I had to ask for my washer fluid to be topped off), they didn’t pull my air filter nor asked. Though I did ask for the washer fluid to be topped off and they obliged. No hassle. Safety calls were on point, and put air in my tires. I usually do my own oil change but I had a coupon and stopped in. Over all polite young men and they did offer me a water as well. Fast. Service. It’s hot and it’s Florida and customer service sucks to do in the heat. So I’m not going to run them in the ground about not running my hood. And I’ll be back again if I don’t have time to do my own oil change."
