"We bought our home in March 2023 and love it here! The Reserve still retains the sense of "old Florida", with all amenities close by but without the hassle of big city noise, traffic etc. The property manager Kay has been helpful and informative throughout and the long time maintenance man Clay has given us much needed help and advice as new owners of a manufactured home."

"We’ve owned a home here for two years. Management is definitely holding people accountable in the park for keeping their houses cleaned and picked up. It looks great. We are very excited about the new pickle ball court. It’s the only one in Homosassa. Thank you Kay for all your hard work around here. We are thankful to live here!"
"Our experience has been very favorable since we've signed our lease mid May. The park manager was helpful with a tree over hang issue, and had a tree trimming contractor remove limbs encroaching our home. The park manager was even able to have a local contractor stop by, and speak to us concerning a standby generator. Thank you!"
"Our manager goes above and beyond her job. I've never seen any one like her. She's constantly working outside. The improvents and upgrading of The Reserve. She has great people skills. I'm proud of my community. It's came such a long way it's beautiful. I'm sure it's out of her control but the front mobile home is pink and to me it's embarrassing it looks like low income. That's the sore eye about the entrance. The landscaping and design in the clubhouse the beautiful pool. There's a lot of work that has been done in such a short time. I'm very thankful we have someone who cares so much to keep everything so nice. I just wanted to let the company know THANK YOU!"
